No Judgment, Only Progress
A warm approach to therapy for navigating the complexities of intimacy and connection.
The word “intimacy” is familiar to most of us, yet as a society, we have never been less connected. Intimacy issues often involve addiction, relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and/or the difficulty of being vulnerable and learning how to open up. My goal is to work alongside you to help break free from the patterns holding you back and start building more rewarding and healthier relationships — both with yourself and with others.

Common Patient Concerns
I can help you work through
Intimacy and Relationships
Individuals often struggle with forming or maintaining emotional connections, frequently due to family dynamics, religious beliefs, and/or past traumas. These factors can manifest as emotional disconnections in various ways, such as a constant fear of closeness in personal relationships. We work together to identify patterns and correlations, and learn to unlearn unhealthy behaviors that have been present for much of one’s life.
All Forms of Addiction
Many patients face challenges with addiction, which greatly impact their relationships and emotional health. I help patients break free from compulsive behaviors, using a two-pronged approach: tracking immediate and tangible progress while also digging deeper to address the root causes of issues. We collaborate to identify coping mechanisms that have become maladaptive and develop healthier habits to manage urges effectively.
Betrayal and Infidelity
Betrayal and infidelity can shake the very foundation of trust in a relationship, leaving individuals overwhelmed by emotions such as anger, guilt, or grief. I help patients process these painful experiences in a safe, supportive environment, guiding them toward understanding and healing. Together, we will work on rebuilding trust, strengthening communication, and creating a path forward, focusing on individual growth and restoring relationships.
